PURSUING THE HEART OF GOD

THE THRONE OF DAVID

Starting in January, we continue our journey in Pursuing the Heart of God by turning our attention to the reign of David in a new series, Pursuing the Heart of God: The Throne of David.

As we walk through the book of 2 Samuel, we’ll see how God establishes His kingdom through David’s throne—marked by promise, victory, failure, repentance, and grace. Along the way, we’ll discover that David’s reign was never the final goal, but a foreshadowing of a greater King to come. Each week, we’ll be reminded that Jesus is our true and eternal King, the fulfillment of God’s covenant, and the One Who invites us to live under His faithful and righteous rule.
